Recipe of the Week: Chocolate Chow Mein

This recipe may sound strange, but I can assume these will be the easier, the most unique, and one of the most enjoyable cookies you’ll ever make (they taste like chocolate donuts!):

Chocolate Chow Mein

Ingredients:

12oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz bag chow mein noodles
1 tbsp butter

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Add in chinese noodles, stir until well mixed. Remove from heat. Drop by large tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
